Last time, Eva finally got mentioned, and Daphne had a baby. Daphne wasn’t a good mother. However, the Social Worker didn’t come, so that’s a good sign, right?
This post begins with Daphne breaking another man’s heart. One has to wonder why these exes haven’t formed an Anti-Daphne political party. Or why her love life isn’t in a campaign against her.
But things are looking good for Eva and Percy.
Ooh, Eva, you go, girl. Change your clothes right in front of him. That’ll keep him.
That’s great, Daphne. Tell your son about burglars. Especially while he’s been a kid for around a day maybe?
Well, as long as you mention school.
Eva met her great-great-grandfather, Billy. This isn’t creepy at all.
STEP AWAY FROM THE BED, BILLY. THAT’S JUST GROSS.
Here’s a less disturbing picture. Though I want to know why he’s swinging at night.
And here’s a father-daughter bonding picture.
And a … okay so they’re not related to each other at all..
Uh oh, this doesn’t look good. Stay away from Percy, you blonde home wrecker!
And Evan met his dad.
Uh oh. That can’t be good.
RIP Nicholas.
And some ghosts visited. I have no idea who they are, though.
Eva changed her hair.
And so did Daphne.
For some reason, Evan was crying more than Daphne about their loss.
Cheer up, I see Nicholas. He’s in front of his portrait. I also see Candace staring at Cassie’s portrait.
Cassie: Oh, I miss you so much! I’m so glad you’re here. I miss you! I miss you! I
That could take a while…..
Well, at least he’s out in the daylight.
Meanwhile, Daphne was using the only coping technique she knew.
Way to separate work from pleasure, Daph.
Happy Birthday, Erich!
Wow, even more ghost cameos.
Daphne still didn’t learn how to break up successfully.
And Eva got a job. Let’s hope she doesn’t follow Daphne’s work methods.
Eva: Oh please, what do you expect me to do? Go after the Grim Reaper? Date ghosts? I have Percy, remember?
Where are your standards? Did you leave them at the retirement home, when you were being an assisted-living center robber?
That was the shortest relationship, ever. Good to know she still has some judgment.
She moves on fast.
Whatever gets her promoted, I guess.
Daphne: Ha, and you thought I couldn’t sleep my way to the top!
But, you didn’t sleep with your employers…
Daphne: I know.
Daph, even I remember him from a while back!
Daphne: So?
That can’t be good.
And since I forgot to take a picture of her when she turned into an elder, here’s a non spoiler picture from later in the legacy.
Erich’s going to the Science Lab. You know what happens at the Science Lab, right?
People come back.
How will Candace coming back change things? Will Candace being as old as her daughter, Daria, be awkward? With 2 ghosts, and 2 elders in the house, will this legacy eventually become The Golden Girls?
LOL @ the last line! Awesome chapter as always! That's cool that Daphne is at the top now even if she is a drunk/slut/awful mother :P! And yay for Candace coming back :)!
ReplyDeleteThanks! And Daphne's career tactics seem to imitate real life *sigh*.
